Who Are We
The firm Erwee Incorporated (then Erwee Attorneys) first opened its doors on 1 November 1998 and took Musina by storm with its fast, effective and accurate legal services. This firm provides services in Personal Injuries, Third Party Claims, Family and Commercial law, High and Magistrates court and Civil claims to just name a few. We are members of SAAPIL, Legal Wise and Scorpion Legal Protection. Approved on Standard Bank, Absa Bank and Nedbank. We are the only firm ins Musina with a in-house fulltime employed conveyancer and notary.
At Erwee Incorporated we regard all our clients as part of our family and as a professional firm we ensure that each clients specific needs are met. Our accounting department proudly boasts with 40 years combined accounting experience and our litigation secretarial department with more than 60 years combined experience.

History Of Erwee
Hennie Erwee, has seen himself move through the ranks of humble beginnings when his career started as a Captain in the Detective Branch at the South African Police Force, Paarl after matriculating in 1987. Mr. Erwee obtained his Diploma IURIS and Baccalaureus Proc in 1996 at the University of South Africa. Completed his articles with Oosthuizen & Kie Attorneys, Paarl.
Mr. Erwee saw potential and founded his own firm right here in Musina and has since then became a force to be reckoned with. When the doors first opened in 1998 the firm started off with 3 staff members. The firm soon expanded and Mrs. Venessa van Wyk former senior prosecutor joined the firm and has kept on growing over the years currently employing 28 staff members.
As a versatile, stable and ever expanding firm Erwee Incorporated has already built a reputation for being the force to be reckoned with being able to distinguish itself with great efficiency. We are in association with Dyason Attorneys, Pretoria for the past 18 years. We also have a property department who specializes in selling any kind of property.
